It says clearly on the Sims 3 game case that it requires PC or Mac, and if it is for Macintosh it needs at least a Mac Os X 10.5.7. I have a Mac Os X 10.5.8. Hey I don't know why, but I no longer have Java in my mac. I can't find where to download it. Java.com says I have to use "software updates" but it doesn't work and on apple.com there are just updates. Thank you for your help.... Read More »

After receiving nothing but a gray screen with the swirl below the Apple logo, I had no choice but to reboot it in Safe Boot.
